Portfolio

There were a number of items delivered during the Kraft engagement. Most of them centered around warehousing operations.

• The primary was a desktop portal called KWIK that would provide insight into the full range of information related to product flow through the factory and the warehouse, and out to the stores and distribution centers. See examples of screen designs.
• A byproduct of the KWIC warehouse operations portal was a handheld application for a custom scanning device that would integrate with the inventory portion of the KWIK tool. See Examples of screen designs. See examples of screen designs.

In each case, design activities included requirements gathering, wireframes, higher fidelity prototypes, user testing with warehouse employees, and coordination with the development teams for implementation.
